Ribbed woven green and silver Japanese Yukata obi sash or belt fabric -- very stiff fabric -- based on the burn test this a rayon faille. This is a damask or reversable jacquard. The reverse side is mirror image. The green is a darker shade of seafoam in my opinion - the silver is a metallic silvery - white. Photos do not reflect the color accurately. Selling the entire roll - This is yardage used for making hanhaba obi -- this has stiffness due to the ribbed weave - and because it is made to be folded or twisted or tied by knotting. Approximately 3 yards or maybe 3.5 yards on the roll.
In addition to the obi sash or belt, this can be used for other things like pillow embellishment, table runner, decorative trim and other possibilities.
The last photo shows how all fabric orders are neatly folded, tied with trim, wrapped in pattern paper and topped off with a vintage playing card from my extensive collection. Thank you for visiting my little shop --
